Room was spacious. Bed comfortable. Restaurant food good.

Sink was inside the bathroom. Prefer one in room to get ready.

Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The restaurant food was delicious and they met our special food requests. Prices were moderate. The staff was pleasant.

Very comfortable beds.

Not only do they charge for internet but they don't have wireless and the performance is terrible.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars, but I've taken one off because of the terrible internet service. Of course I'd rather not pay for internet but, if I am paying extra for it, I expect to have wireless and I expect to have a good connection. This hotel only has wired connections with a very short cable, so you have to sit at the desk to use the computer. My internet service was horrendous. I called the front desk and all they could offer me was to switch rooms. No one on staff really knew anything about the set up and there was no number to call for help. The front desk claimed I was the only one having the problem (which I find hard to believe - my computer works fine in other hotels) and didn't even offer to remove the charge from my room. ...read more
